Denis Durantou is passionate, animated, (excited!) about the wines he makes, and they're some of the most highly regarded in Pomerol. We ended up out in the vineyard digging in the soil with our hands which suited me down to the ground, so to speak. Great soil in good condition and terrific wines too.
